To use our Epsoothe Epsom Salt, pour 2 cups under warm, running bath water and soak for 20 minutes to absorb minerals and soothe tired muscles. For exfoliating and softening skin in the shower, mix a handful of Epsoothe Epsom Salt with your favorite shower gel or oil, gently massage onto wet skin, and rinse thoroughly. To soothe your feet, ease tension, and soften dry, rough skin, mix 1/2 - 1 cup of Epsoothe Epsom Salt with warm water in a foot bath and soak your feet for 20 minutes.
